y'know i was a little excited to see 'suicide squad'. until i heard ol' big ears was in it -- as deadshot! who I've alwasys loved. first bat-affeck now this! where's his damn deadshot mask?!! couldn't they stuff his ears in one? oh i guess we can't cover ol' big ear's beautiful beautiful face! i'm glad he didn't play rorschach in watchmen. but anyway, as yogi berra said, include me out!
maybe they'll do a manhunter movie with mark walberg! or john stamos! or scotty pippin! put in anybody at all, what does it matter? did some virus kill all the damn casting directors and i didn't hear about it ?

From the pictures I've seen, he wears the mask, but he's got a shaved head and a beard. He looks more like Uncle Phil than the Fresh Prince.

I actually don't mind Will Smith. He can act, he can do action scenes, and he's got the physique for it. I read that the problem is he's got a team of people who meddle with scripts and try to make his characters more "Will Smith-y," and studios generally let them because it's usually part of his contract. Maybe those people were on vacation when they cast Will Smith for The Pursuit of Happyness and Seven Pounds. Also, there are movies where being Will Smith-y actually works. I can't see anyone being Agent J in all three Men in Black films (which is one of the reasons why the cartoon sucked so much. They didn't get Agent J right.) Besides, it doesn't matter how much they mess up Deadshot. They more than make up for it with this: I saw her in that Dicaprio film and didn't find her attractive at all. But she's very adorable as harleyquinn. She steals every scene she's in in the trailer.

Here's the Man of Steel kiss scene edited for realism.
