Yeah, whatever happened to the Whoopi from Sister Act and Ghost that was actually likeable? The one that did Comic Relief with Billy Crystal and Robin Williams? She and Behar are supposed to be comedians, but everything they say is cringe-inducing now and that purty blonde gal is getting all the laughs.
Seriously, wgat was going through that guy's head. "Man, this meeting is just dragging on. I'm gonna have to do something to break up the monotony! But what? Oh, I know...!"

Man, what a change. Imagine if you didn't know what she looked like now and wasted your last Genie's wish on that? With that big a change, you've got to wonder if there isn't some sort of health issue.
Back to Toobin, that man looooves elections! No one appreciates the democratic process the way he does.
