i tried a nice varietal, a 'victoria chamoy' that has red fruit or veg chunks in it! not sure which. brewery established 1865. my first taste i didn't like. but it grew on me before i finished the can. i'll go ahead & give this storied and earthy chela a seven super-jesses out of a possible ten! it's pretty good. the 3.5% alcohol level was kind of a rip-off.

i bought a can of the unbanned four loko usa. i immediately felt weird after about half emptying it. it's like champagne with crack in it! 10% alcohol level! i give it an ELEVEN super-jesses out of a possible ten! this must be like the beer angels drink

%10 alcohol level? That'll sneak up on you really quick. I could see you trying to do your own podcast on it and your wife finds you passed out on the kitchen floor with the camera running, lol!!!! apparently, it used to be 14%! damn. funny, on the can above everything else it says, "contains alcohol".

The high gravity bears are becoming real popular here in Birmingham since they passed the law letting people start their own breweries. Now there's one on every corner.
Makes me wonder what this place will be like when they finally legalize pot here.

baboon, do you have any recent tales from the harriers ? all i do is work myself stupid, so it'd be nice to hear some rowdy adventures.
okay, i haven't drinking any new beers lately, but having a relaxed saturday, i was drinking some 'oak leaf cab sauvignon' with my subway spicy iltalian, and have continued to drink it all day. it's pretty good! hoping to find some wine aficionados who also enjoy it i went on youtube, and ran across these very wonderful black girls who say it's nasty! i guess i ain't got a refinded palate.

I haven't been doing much with the hashers, lately because Baboon Girl has been coming over during the week since she just graduated and she's taking the summer off before grad school. I don't want to get hammered the night before she comes over, so I've been taking it easy on week days. I did drink copious beers on the 4th, though, when I hung out with some cousins. I think we made a serious dent in the state beer supply.

my girl's recently 18, and working at mickey d's this summer. the bad news, she's not academic and want's to do hair! the good news, no boyfriend. i hope that keeps up. i got kroger fried chicken, fixins, and lots of natty daddy. it's become my go to. what i like about the daddy, u can slurp it all day like bud light and just stay enjoyably buzzed, or you can pound it down and just get white girl wasted!
