So what did everyone think? I loved it. Capaldi was great. I'll won't post any spoilers until I'm sure everyone saw it.

Capaldi was pretty good. In the next few episodes, we should see if he'll be as good as Matt Smith and David Tennant. He and Jenna Coleman seemed to play off each other pretty well.

Pretty much what Babu said. Loved the Paternoster gang, except I think they overplayed the relationship thing. Strax is awesome, as always. Poor T-rex.

Green woman is stupid looking and annoying.
I like how Jenna made The Doctor work for her attention.
It was a nice suprise seeing the previous doctor again.

One thing that I caught during the episode was Madame Vastra saying that she remembers seeing T-rexes when she was little. That makes her the oldest protagonist in the series.
The Doctor is several thousands of years old after the Trenzalore bit. Rory is a thousand years old. And Jack Harkness is a couple of hundred. Vastra is probably millions of years old if she's been around since the dinosaurs (she's probably in stasis like the rest of the silurians, though.)
Of course, if Jack really was the Face of Boe, he'd be the oldest in that incarnation.

Is it even considered lesbian? I'm thinking it's more in the line of bestiality.
To be fair, people are probably just thinking that it's out of place in a show that was originally meant for both adults and kids. Leave the sexually charged stuff for Torchwood (if it ever comes back.) I'm not homophobic, but the lengthy sex scene (with actual pumping scenes) between Captain Jack and a random soldier/guy he picked up in a bar was too much.
