Very funny British show from the 70's! Three guys that went to University with half the Monty python team. i grew up watching them at 6pm Monday to Friday followed by Doctor Who.
I'll find some samples.
Be warned, the following has some offensive racial stereotyping. This scene also killed a man.

yes sir I did!! "g -- you need a helping hand .." damn, I remember a lot of the theme! i watched them as a kid on public broadcasting. me & a couple of cousins were kind of obsessed with them one summer. I haven't seen them since. the only episode I remember, all the black people left, so short people were forced to do all the menial jobs that they were doing before. and bill was short & had to act like a black guy & wait on the other two. if i remember right they were bill, brett & graham. brett was the funniest & acted like a sissy. and I remember one that was a western with a gunfight theme song. I think bill sung a lot of the show's music. graham was more the straight man. i've do no research. (but I will now.) i'm flying by the seat of my pants here! they were hilarious though, like python, but more kid friendly. i haven't thought of them in a long time. i saw them way before python

My parents thought it was stupid and wouldn't let me watch it when I was a wee lad, and I haven;t ever really had an opportunity since. So, I'm not really up on my Goodies episodes.
Oddly enough they let me watch The Benny Hill Show, which was much worse than The Goodies.

oh yeah, so much worse! occasionally even in the puritan U.S., some nudity got thru
