Klinger is back from Korea and working in his Uncle Mamoush's restaurant.
One day, Mamoush is making salads when a rat runs across the cutting board. Mamoush quickly whack's it with his knife.
"Where'd the head go?" Mamoush said, looking around.
While Mamoush is looking for the head, Klinger comes in and gets the salads.
Shortly, a lady is eating her salad when she finds the rat's head and starts screaming.
Thinking quickly, Klinger smiles, throws up his arms and shouts, "WE HAVE A WINNER!"
