Doctor Who’s Cybermen have appeared in many forms over the years.But in the two of the final episodes of this upcoming tenth series of Doctor Who since the relaunch, they’re going back to basics. Very basics.
That’s closer to the original look of the Cybermen from The Tenth Planet in 1966, cloth skin, headlamps and external technology…
The episodes, written by Steven Moffat and directed by Rachel Talalay, are now filming in Cardiff.

No kidding! The last thing I ever would have expected was the original cybermen. Next thing you know, the new Star Trek series will bring back the Klingons that just had tan make-up and ming the merciless mustaches.
