this movie sure is strange & crazy about; !!!
g-d and the devil are on a train debating the fate of mankind. there's a terrible 80's rock band. whew, and some ugly groupies. bull from nightcourt is bothering some topless chick, then later gets 'sploded. i've read that stop-action monster fans covet this because of the monster scenes. and that when it was released on vhs in 1992, the got the lead actor to do more filming (6 years later  ) and added scenes with a lady playing a still alive maryln monroe in an insane asylum. but this looks like the 1986 version. oh, the lead actor i remember was the angel from 'barbarella', and he famously turned down 'midnight cowboy'. well, please enjoy it
