the guy who had been portraying superman on hollywood blvd for more than 25 years making a living from getting pics from fans, died today. christopher dennis was found in a clothing donation bin. i guess he died of a heart attack while digging around for old clothes. omg. there's a documentary about him and others posing for fans on Hollywood blvd, and he was the only one i felt any sympathy for. the poor guy seemed to really believe in what he was doing. out of curiosity i looked it up -- Christopher Reeve also died at 52!
