My daughter is a pretty good artist, so I tried to get her interested in painting. I figured that's the next step. She pretty much just wants to stick with drawing at this point. I did get her as far as drawing on a canvas about a year ago. Around Christmas, I tried to get her to expirament with paints on it, planning to surprise her with her own paints, easel, etc. Still no bite. I had sarted on it to kind of give her an example, so when I still couldn't peak her interest, I just finished it.
This has been a learning experience for me, at least. I just learned I need to get a phone with a better camera.
