I hope this rumor is true. I really hope it's true. Especially the part about respecting the customer, not blaming the customer for their own failures as per usual until now.

I watched that same video yesterday. Clownfish TV has done one, too. I hope it's true. A few months ago, it seemed like things were turning around and then the world went to hel and it seemed like everyone started backtracking. If the corporations would just have the courage to tell the twitter nutjobs to go screw themselves, everyone would be better off.
