It was aa big old bait and switch just like everyone said it would be. Kevin Smith is a lying sack of shit used car salesman. He wants to be Stan Lee, but he's one step below DC's parody, Funky Flashman. Looks like we've got that big Teela cartoon everyone has been crying out for. .... anyone crying out for Teela? Anyone?

damn. you said that purdy.
kevin smith friggin' lies for a year, and now he's fighting with He-Man fans online telling them they're not real He-man fans! and there's video on him from 'comic book men' saying he has, "no love for He-Man"! it's not "He-Man" . it's she-man or "woke" He-Man. why did he even do this? here's a film icon/millionaire arguing with people who run low level fan-based youtube channels! teela has the side of her head shaved, is more jacked than the male characters, and has a girlfriend. she's a great big dyke! He-Man died saving the earth and they talk about him like he's scum! where the f-ck is she-ra when you need her? and they are going to kill orko! shit. but the animation is good.

Damn, I almost watched that, since it was supposed to be a direct sequel to the 1983 He-Man cartoon. Should’ve guessed it would be more woke political nonsense. I’ll give it a pass.

Giving it a pass is the best thing. They kill He-Man and ruin Teela's character. Who the hell is this thing for. Does Mattel really think this thing is going to move toys?

yeah, damn mattel. they were already cash strapped because they went all in on those damn 'monster high' figures
that sold okay for a while, then tanked. now they're rolled the dice on 'she-man'! kevin smith isn't content destroying 'he-man', now he has to kill the people that made us the best toy ever, m.u.s.c.l.e men

Babu, I think we could do a better job at bringing back the original He-Man/Masters of the Universe at the 5 Earths Project. Maybe a crossover with some DC heroes. Just sayin'.

I remember a discussion about this a while back. The MOTU were in DC Comics presents and those insert guest-starring Superman. That makes them part of our universe. At one point when we were talking about it, the idea of a MOTU/ New Gods crossover came up because of how Kirby-ish He-Man and the gang are.
