That's cool. I like the movie-style poster.
It's funny, though. I decided to start watching Doctor Who from the beginning, so I've just finished the first three serials (An Unearthly Child, The Daleks, and The Edge of Destruction), and I can't get over how much the creators of the show had to do on a shoestring budget. The Edge of Destruction, for example, was done with basically "no money," since they had already gone over their budget for the sets and costumes for the following serial, Marco Polo. So The Edge of Destruction is basically just a bottle episode taking place entirely within the TARDIS and featuring only the original four feature characters -- The Doctor, Susan, Ian Chesterton, and Barbara Wright. It's a really strange one, too, with all the characters at each other's throats at various times throughout the episode. And it has a really odd ending that doesn't really hold up.
Ironically, the serial they poured all their money into at the time -- Marco Polo -- are a few of the 100+ episodes that are completely lost, after the BBC destroyed a whole bunch of shows in the late 1960s to make room.
And now, there's so much money being poured into Doctor Who that they can bring to life virtually anything they can imagine. Verity Lambert, the original show's producer, would be jealous.

I wonder what the sonic screwdriver of the 12th doctor will look like.
