Anybody into these guys? They changed their name a few months ago to Electric Callboy (probably to avoid any problems with progressives, who were considering the original name to be an affront to eskimos).
I've already heard from there a long time ago, but dismissed them because they were sort of blending in with other bands at the time (I have no idea what the genre is called, it's not emo or numetal, but the visuals and sounds would fall in the same category. The fans refer to themselves as scenesters or something) even though they're German and the scene bands are mostly American.
I came across their videos again a few months ago and they've changed - probably matured, is what I would put it, but not in a way that they got more serious and dark - it's the opposite. They got older, they replaced one of the vocalists, and don't take themselves seriously now (and I believe the bassist got fat.) The music and the videos are awesome now. I mean, check out this one (especially the 2:48 mark):
