Ahhh yes the 90's when i was in kindergarten i loved anything ninja turtles and pizza, and have memories of when pizza hut did those ninja turtles promotions
and another one i remember very well
The films were classics i owned the first one on VHS never had the second and third one though but watched them elsewhere but now i got them on DVD and they made a 4th and final one which was in animation at first i thought it wasn't a sequel to the 90s TMNT Films but after learning they were i was like wow.
But the first one is my favorite out of them, and would like to get them on blu-ray next lol

Here's what the turtles will look like in the upcoming Michael Bay film: If you ask me, the mouth and the lower half of the face is just... wrong for the characters. Too humanlike, and thus falls into creepy territory.

Yeah, that's pretty disturbing! I'm not sure how that will go over with the kids.

This is what they look like in my area... FYI -- this was my niece this past Halloween. She's an awesome 2 1/2 year old.

You mean a kids' Halloween costume isn't an accurate representation of the special effects in a big budget Hollywood blockbuster? Who knew?

Speaking of the original movie, I remember it fondly. I was in high school at the time, and I specifically remember driving around with friends and listening to the TMNT soundtrack before the movie came out. Fun times.

Honestly, for all the flak that Bay is getting, I liked the first Transformer movie. It gave me the same feeling that old cartoon-based movies (like the original TMNT movie or that Dolph Lundgren He-man film) used to give my pre-teen self, particularly on the highway chase scene when Optimus Prime appeared and started kicking decepticon ass. The next two transformers felt like cash-ins, though, and the human characters (save for Turturro) got way too much screen time than what was necessary in a film about the goddamn autobots and decepticons.

i think almost every transformers fans loved the first one. bay is flawed (too much dialogue?), but there's a lot to like in his work, even in the 2nd transformers. btw, the dolph lunderen he-man will never be equaled

There's still a bit of a creepy factor, but not as bad as I expected.
