Such an awesome film, oddly i hadn't seen the first one yet but plan to the movie reminds me of national treasure if i remember correctly from the previews of the first one which brandon fraiser was in the first that they go to an old version of earth hence the name Journey to the Center of the Earth
Now the second one they go to an island and Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock is the new lead role instead of brandon fraiser returning, what a good film that was, it left off hints for a 3rd one which is in devolopement.
