I blame blackvault's Stan Bush thread for inspiring a session of youtube-searching theme songs of old cartoons that I used to watch as a kid. While I was doing that, I noticed that majority of the cartoon theme songs that I liked were composed (I honestly don't know who sang in them, Google doesn't know either) by Shuki Levy, who is Haim Saban's partner in crime when it comes to producing (or importing) over a hundred shows in the 90s.
Just to jog people's memories, here are a bunch of notable theme songs composed by Levy:

thanks neilencio, that's interesting. the themes do have a similar sound. I had completely forgotten the wheeled warriors. levy should have written something for captain power and the soldiers of the future. the greatest live-action kid's show of all time and no theme! deplorable
the greatest cartoon theme is undoubtedly the japanese version of captain future. i could listen to it non stop

I can't remember if I ever saw an episode. But I do remember wondering why they were called m.a.s.k. when they were clearly wearing helmets.

I think it's a metaphor for their struggles in life.
