The movie has Scarjo's character injected by a drug that allows her to use 100% of her brain. First it turns her into Jason Goddamn Bourne with boobs. Then it turns her into Neo, where she can actually change reality itself with her mind. It also has Samuel L. Jackson in it, as Lucius Fox.
The 100% brain usage thing irks me. That seems like a huge stretch. I obviously don't know much about this, but I've always thought that the brain isn't a single general purpose CPU. It's an entire computer in and of itself with different parts being suited for different purposes. We only use parts of it at any given time because the other parts are meant for tasks different from the one you're doing right now.
