dear sassy tassels,
I beleive i tend to get either too much sleep or not enough. what is the proper amount ? should i get a soft noise machine or black out curtains to further enhance my sleeping experience ? and on the subject of pajamas, what do you recommend ? below are some decent choices. let's make bedtime crazy!

Dear MH,
For inspiration on sleep and pajamas, you can find no finer example to follow than Mr. Hugh Hefner.
He started his magazine in the 50s, but it didn't turn into a true empire until the 70s when he started wearing silk pajamas at all times and avoiding sleep altogether by doing gobs and gobs of speed so he could still work like a madman and take time out to bang every girl who set foot in the mansion.
Sadly, when he stopped doing all the speed and wearing his mojo-enhancing silk pajamas, he had to sell the playboy private jet, one of his mansions, and close Playboy Clubs across America. Even worse, the 88 year old Hefner has been forced to restrict himself to only three blonde 20-something girlfriends at a time.
So for true success, always wear silk pajamas and quit wasting all that time sleeping by doing gobs and gobs of speed. Hope this helps.

You might sleep like a baby, but whoever is in the room with you will be up all night staring at your pants in horror.

I could never sleep there because of my deep seated fear of dying and coming back as a microwave burrito. I would wake up and start screaming hysterically.
