They're a Ukrainian pop group called Nikita. From the other videos I've seen, they make the Pussycat Dolls look like the singing nuns from "Sister Act".

I read the comments for this video. The song tells the tragic tale of a woman who's despondent because her man won't go down on her (and the reason is because she won't go down on him.) Brought tears to my eyes.

There's always a huge chance that a youtube comment is nothing but pure BS but considering the visuals and the dance moves in the video, I wouldn't be surprised if it's true.
