I was checking out more videos from that panty-mask wearing superhero and found even weirder stuff. It seems that there's an older series with similar themes: The Legendary Panty Mask, who is a scantily-clad female fighter wearing a panty for a mask. That's not the weirdest thing, though. I found this clip:
It's like a music video made by fusing Pink Floyd's The Wall with an intense desire to offend native Americans and Christians. Oh, and in case african americans are feeling left out, 2:48 features a girl wearing blackface makeup.
