I think there's something to going with a higher fat, lower sugar eating plan that works. There's sugar in pretty much every processed food out there, so if you can stick to fatty meats and cut out sugar, your body will get the energy it needs from the fat.

i've heard that. i did well on adkins a couple of times. you can't have an apple but you can have bacon. it really does work. it may not be heart healthy, but i don't care, i just wanna be skinny

that made my head hurt! for a minute i though i was back in school. no, baboon means one of these here. i live near chicago and ain't had one of these bad boys yet. except for the frozen kind, which was still pretty good.

I hit my goal of 240 pounds! This is the least I have weighed in maybe ten years!
My treat to myself was a a bottle of blackberry whiskey. I am sure itis not good for me,but it is soooo good!

good job lothar! 240 lbs! since you're 7' 6", that's about your ideal weight! you may even be a bit too thin.

you might want to hit the drive thru at hardee's on the way home from work every day before dinner and be sure and get some cheese fries and/or curly fries with your burger. you don't want to get that anorexia or bulimia
