It was a real return to form....I saw it at Imax and was blown away....The biggest cheer, though, was when we saw THE car. It was a complete surprise! You're right about Felix as well....Hopefully the next movie.
ebert's 2012 review of the film was right on the money! i hope they managed to keep the same production team for the new one. hard to imagine they'll pull off another bond as good as skyfall, but you never know.

Great review. They've got the same writer and directors so that's a good start right there.

hairbutt, what james bond set are you currently viewing/enjoying? i'm still rocking the 2006 dvd ultimate edition
yeah, i admit it, i'm a damn flintstone. but really, it is a darn good set! lots of nice extras. and i still have all the inserts and booklets & all that crap in pristine condition! have you blu rayed up? i'm gonna have some alone time this weekend, so dammit, i'm planning on stocking some ipa and watching 'view to a kill' over & over for 48 hrs! and everytime tanya roberts yells "james!" -- i'm gonna suck one down! damn! that's good stuff
