Has anyone saw this yet? I seen it the previous weekend in theaters, And it was good i never read any of the old guardians of the galaxy comic books before, So it was nice to know more about the characters Gamora is as hot as she can be, and Rocket Raccoon is so funny.. Ronan the Accuser is a physco path villain Thanos appears and so does his Servant from The Avengers Movie i loved the 70s music in the movie too. And stayed at the theaters after the credits and saw a suprise cameo after the credits won't say who it is. but i didn't expect an appearence in the Marvel Cinematic Universe from him,
And i liked that the people on that planet looked like humans but I'm sure they were different on the inside. I recommend going to see it or wait for it to come out on DVD or Blu-ray

I read some good reviews for this movie. I was wondering if it was that people didn't really have high expectations for it and were pleasantly surprised. I always liked the Drax character. I read that in the movie he has scars instead of tattoos. That seems cool.

This movie is big campy fun. It proves you can do a super hero film without being dour and depressing. DC could learn a lot from Marvel when it comes to movies.

You saw it baboon? i kid i work with saw it & loved it. DC could learn EVERYTHING about making a superhero movie from marvel. batman is the only thing that kept DC in the game. i got a feeling they're gonna screw that up too now

Don't worry, MH. I'm sure Ben Affleck is going to knock it out of the park.

Finally saw it tonight.
Even though I was spoiled about someone specific & the post credits scene...I still enjoyed it.
I knew pretty much nothing about this part of the Marvel universe. Hell, all my knowledge comes from Spiderman & His Amazing Friends, the 90s X-Men cartoons and the movies. I did fine watching it & wasn't too lost.
I've picked up names here and there (Thanos, Infinitely Stones, etc.) but my husband hasn't...he'd be lost for sure.
That being said, I'd gonsee it again if he wants to go see it.
