"So that's the way it's gonna be," Old Gregg says. "Old Gregg would've rocked your world." He turns to Steve and says," Tell me, re you seeing anybody, my fuzzy little man peach?"
"Gaaaaa!!!" Steve says, diving behind MH."
"I never would have pegged you two as a couple," Old Gregg says, suspiciously.
"Wait! We're not...." MH starts.
"Shhh..." Babu says, elbowing MH in the ribs.
"Somewhere out there is true love for Old Gregg," Old Gregg says sadly. "ANd Old Gregg's gonna find it." He steps backwards and fades into the darkness.
"Well, it's been a hoot, but I'd better be going, too," Desk-boy says. "As long as there's a cubicle worker out thee who's spirit remains unbroken, Desk-boy is a busy guy." With a puff of smoke, he dissappears.
"Man, I'm glad he's on our side," Doc Quantum says.
"Why do you think I haven't put up any cubicles in our office space," Babu says.

"well I reckon perdition is going back to being an old ghost town for 77 more years, "says doc quantum.
"we're gonna tent up for what's left of a night's sleep." says babu. "thanks super magic men! once again your ingenuity and unique thinking have helped to save the day. say hey to dennis for me."
"hey red," tony Harrison says to taffy as the carpet lifts. "do you like the mac? lindsey buckingham? get in! i will rock your world!" |

suddenly deskboy appears again.
"wait, did i miss it?" he asks. looking up they watch the blood moon turn back to normal.
"nice." says deskboy.
as he starts to "poof" out again db says, "old gregg did a lot for us. we'd have never pulled this thing off without him. he deserves a little something."
"but you're a deamon," says saboo, "what do you care?"
"i've always fancied myself a do-gooder demon. like etrigan ... jason blood. with that cool white streak in his hair," says deskboy.
as he 'poofs' out again, vince noir & howard moon who had been walking down a london street appear, still walking, not noticing anything has changed.
howard: that was our best gig in months.
vince: 'oward, you were on fire! even when you started throwing in jazz licks you didn't ruin it. maybe we'll be appreciated now .."
"wait, i know that voice," says old gregg, coming thru the brush.
suddenly vince and howard look around confused.
"hi howard." old gregg says with a big smile.
"ohhh, sh-t ...." howard says lowly.
"you look good howard, "says old gregg, "how do i look?"
"ummm, very nice," replies howard moon. "help us!" he suddenly screams and he and vince run toward the levitating carpet.
"why should we help you nobs," asks saboo.
"we're friends of naboo!" cries vince.
"i know, "saboo replies, "i never liked naboo."
"we have to!" cries tony harrison smiling, "we're bound by shaman law!" so they climb aboard and the carpet takes off. "wait!" cries tony harrison. "you forgot the girl! she was into me! we were having a moment! this is yet another outrage!"
"i thought i was over howard moon, but i wasn't, "says old gregg happily. "did you see them little patrick swayze eyes of his going right thru me like laser beams? now i know i gotta make him mine."
"but he ran off, "says steve.
"that's howard for you, "says old gregg. "playing hard to get -- playing his love games with me! but he came all the way out here to find me. you we're right taffy! sometimes it's better to make a man come to you."
old gregg runs off toward the general direction of the carper thru the woods. "i'm coming howard! i'm old gregg!!"

"Well, all's well that ends well," Babu says.
"I hope some day Old Gregg will find true love," Taffy sighs.
"Well, he doesn't seem to have given up," Doc Quantum says.
"Babu reaches into his backpack and says, "So who wants to make s'mores?"
"Oo! I do! I do!" Taffy says, reaching for s'more fixings.
The group spends the rest of the night telling jokes and singing songs. But no ghost stories are told. They have had enough of the supernatural to last them for a while.
